The craft alcohol trend reached Vietnam a few years ago and now the scene is booming offering a selection of spirits from rum and vodka to infused liqueurs. But the alcohol Vietnam’s craft distilleries mastered the best is undoubtedly gin. Several local gin brands won multiple awards and are now distributed globally.
For this truly exclusive experience, we selected the most hidden bar in Ho Chi Minh City run by a professional mixologist, craft gin ambassador, and the Saigon Whiskey Club founder who will be your private bartender for the evening.
You will get a chance to try 3 award-winning craft gins produced in Vietnam and hear the story of each distillery, learn who stands behind each gin, and which techniques and ingredients make it special.
Our mixologist will prepare a cocktail based on each gin and our host will share the history behind it. We specifically crafted the cocktail menu to let each drink highlight the specific tasting notes of gin used in it.
This experience also includes a mini cocktail-crafting class. We will teach you how to make one of the drinks and if you feel adventurous, we will let you make it by yourself.
To ensure you don’t get tipsy too fast, we will serve a selection of signature Vietnamese snacks that will perfectly go together with your drinks.
This 2.5-hour experience starts at 6 pm so you can enjoy the beautiful views of Saigon during the sunset. It ends at 8:30 pm. Alternative starting times are available per request.

A truly hidden bar in the heart of District 1, offers beautiful views of the Saigon skyline and the famous Nguyen Hue walking street. The bar is located in the owner’s apartment and is accessible only per personal invite.
🍸 We can host only small private groups (a maximum of 5 people) at the mixologist's private bar. An alternative venue will be privatized for larger groups.
